What is ArtPics?
ArtPics is a collectible art platform that transforms original artwork into authenticated, limited-edition art cards. Each piece is encapsulated and preserved to museum-quality standards, creating a lasting collectible for artists and collectors alike.
What types of art does ArtPics accept?
ArtPics welcomes a wide range of original artwork, including illustration, painting, photography, and digital art. We encourage artists of all styles and backgrounds to submit their work.
For Art Submissions
How do I submit my artwork to ArtPics?
Artists can submit their work by completing the ArtPics Artist Submission Form and following the provided instructions to prepare and send their artwork.
Do I need to be a professional or established artist to submit?
No. ArtPics is an open platform and welcomes submissions from artists at all stages of their creative journey.
What size does my artwork need to be?
Completed artwork must be no larger than 2.5" x 3.5". Additional preparation guidelines (signatures, labeling, etc.) are provided after form submission.
Do I need to sign my artwork?
Yes. Artists are required to sign the front of the artwork. The back should include the title, date, edition (if applicable), and full signature, leaving the bottom inch blank.
Do I need to sign a Creator Agreement when submitting my artwork?
Yes. All artists are required to sign a Creator Agreement as part of the submission process. This agreement confirms that the artwork was created by you and that you have the rights to submit it to ArtPics. The Creator Agreement is sent to you via email after you complete the ArtPics Artist Submission Form.
What happens after I submit my art?
Once your forms are completed and your artwork is received, it enters the ArtPics encapsulation process. This includes authentication, encapsulation, and premium presentation before being returned or prepared for release.
How long does the process take?
Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks from receipt of your artwork for processing, encapsulation, and return shipping.
Will my artwork be returned to me?
Yes. Once encapsulation is complete, your artwork will be shipped back to you. You will receive tracking information when it ships.
Shipping & Handling
Where do I ship my artwork?
Shipping instructions and the correct mailing address are provided after you complete the submission form.
How should I package my artwork?
Artwork should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Damaged items cannot be encapsulated and may be returned at an additional shipping cost.
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Artists are responsible for shipping their artwork to ArtPics. Return shipping details are provided during the submission process.
