Michael Alan Alien

Michael Alan, also known as Michael Alan Alien, is a New York City–born artist whose work merges drawing, painting, street action, and performance into a single, charged visual language. Raised in the underground culture of the ’80s and ’90s, he creates daily in his studio and throughout the city, channeling urban energy into meditative, philosophical works that pulse with movement and life. His intricate linework, layered symbols, and hallucinatory codes have appeared in more than 30 solo exhibitions and are collected internationally. Beyond the canvas, Alien and his partner Jadda Cat animate the streets and galleries through their ongoing project The Living Installation, transforming people and places into immersive, living artworks.
